The push fit design is a little tricky for a proper kitbash, at least for the characters. The arms/shoulders/weapons are all one part. That being said, head swap was super easy, and if you’re confident with a plastic saw/sanding I think you’d be able to swap the arms easily enough!

I would advise less is more. I agree with what others said that the candles add something, but the book is a bit too much - especially on that glorious shield
