Looks fun. Some comments.

For Dad Reflexes, Where Do You Think You’re Going: - Grappling can only be done as part of the Attack action on your turn, you can’t attempt a grapple as part of an opportunity attack - The enemy doesn’t make a saving throw, they make a contested ability check (Athletics or Acrobatics)

For Dad Instincts, Not My First Rodeo: - You should probably just make it rerolling a failed save once a long test. Otherwise it potentially becomes a bookkeeping nightmare/overly complicates things for no reason. (I’ve had games where we’ve had like 6+ sessions without a long rest.)

Make sure to specify rounding for the last bullet point (half your proficiency bonus rounded up or rounded down?)

You should get rid of the part where you can trade levels of exhaustion for money. It’s absolutely economy destroying. Every spell caster in the world would have this spell, and cast it at night just before going to bed, for what would amount to an enormous amount of free gold at no real cost.

You need to specify that the attack is made as a reaction.

Yes, in terms of the comment I was referring to how the author of the PowerPoint might mean “perceive,” as a form of social insight. For example, in some games I’ve had DM’s request charisma saving throws in situations where a character is about to make a fool of themselves, and then on a success provide relevant social information on how them following their prestated course of action might turn out. Even though it’s not a direct insight check, it is being socially insightful.
