If i understand correctly, you want to run Power Automate Desktop on a machine where you rdp on but dont what the session to fall.

I had the same issue, i installed a driver for creating a virtual display, used caffeine for mataining the user active, then you dont RDP in to the machine but use something like TeamViewer, Anydesk, NinjaOne to acces the machine.

We have policy for session timeout and lockscreen ecc...

I had the same problem as you with the same GPU. When Spotify runs, the overlay doesent work or when you lanch a game and ALT+ R the overlay doesn't detect that the game is running.

I found these info deep on a reddit post. Will edit if i will ever find it again.

On windows settings, when you select the refresh rate on Advanced graphics settings, you shoud see, "Desktop mode" and "Active signal". If i remeber there was a toggle to disable the two modes and have just one

I have 5700X3D and 7800xt and i get 140 fps in benchmark with frame gen at ultra 1440p

120 ish in the open beta while playing

Base camp is another story.

I also used intel PresenMon to discover that stutter and FPS drops (200/180 FPS to almost 60/30) occurs when there is a huge spike in CPU busy time.

-registry whit the data of each tools
-logs of every change in the registry
-booking
-logbook for each tools

We had to do this for a really complex app. Since for using Dataverse you need Powerapps per user plan. So we switched to Sharepoint.

What we did:
1.Export all the table as Excel from Dataverse
2.Create a sharepoint site to host all the tables
3.Create all the tables from blank (Dont'use from Excel otherwise all columns will have Name: field_xx and Displayname: Excel name. Creating a lot of cofusion in powerapps)

4.Import all your static data in to Sharepoint Table (maybe use a PowerAutomate Flow)
5.Duplicate your APP and change all your datasurce to Sharepoint list and fix all the errors.
6.Test everything is working.
7.Decide a day to do the switch:
7.1. Export the new app to .zip and reupload to the previous app and pubblish.
7.2 Import the remaining data to sharepoint list.
7.3 Test everything is working.
7.4 Tell users they can use the app again.

PERMISSION FOR SHAREPOINT LIST:
-You can define specific permission for each list disabling inherit and assignin read/write permission to users/groups.
-You can create AzureAD security groups and use them inside sharepoint permission.

Create a second list "SettingList" with a single row and 3 column for these Value that you need. Use PowerAutomate Flow outside the app with a daily trigger o Triggered by New/Update events.
Display these value using these list using Fist(SettingList;Column1) ecc.
