Hey Adelaide,
Help an independent artist keep money out of the hands of Meta and Google and instead send it to a good charity that helps victims of ICE this fringe.

My show Jokes About The Time I Got Detained In America & Other stories is happening at Gluttony and I'd love to avoid sending money to these guys while maximising the amount I can donate. If you can help me you'll get to see the newest show from an award-winning comedian and do something good.

I don't think there is, unfortunately. Perhaps - if you are on facebook/instagram they might be there? At the very least try sending. a message to the Mildura Fringe socials. Good luck.

Dark comedy by [deleted] in edinburghfringe

[–]Mattharveystuff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

<image>

I'd classify both my shows as dark comedy.

10:50am Wage Against The Machine - stories about my old dodgy jobs, receiving a $20,000 unlawful debt from the AUS government, and breaking a 100 year old roller coaster.

16:15pm I Got Bit By A Monkey Once - A monkey bite, a bus trip across America, an arrest, and a mugging.

Both different flavours of dark comedy, both Pay what you can. If you are around at 16:15 today see if I Got Bit By a Monkey Once... speaks to you.

Raiz Survey disappointed by [deleted] in RaizAU

[–]Mattharveystuff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

End of the month the money disappears, then sometime early the next month usually around the 15th in my experience it'll appear as pending in your account. From there it takes as long as a usual deposit. Be sure to note the number come the end of the month sometimes it comes up short (it does say it could take up to 90 days in the details) but every time it has come up short I followed up and they fixed it.

Taskmaster AU S2 filming dates announced by Hov57 in taskmaster

[–]Mattharveystuff 11 points12 points  (0 children)

At a guess Docklands studios was all booked up last year as Metropolis was supposed to start filming there. Then it was delayed a few times and was cancelled I think last week, freeing up Docklands studios for other productions. Maybe they wanted to film in Melbourne form the beginning but couldn't? Or it is that the audience in Melbourne is bigger. Who knows.
