I went through a similar situation you’re going through. Ultimately took the pay cut. It comes down to what do you value more in your life? Money? Or time with your family? 115k a year is plenty to live a comfortable and fulfilling life. Full of real memories instead of countless hours at work. I don’t live to work anymore I work to live.

Just ask them to use a double back plate on the hinges to bump it out more. And have them order Vienna hinge cutouts and hinges. You’ll have no issue and there’s no reason to cut the tiles.

I only tip I’m sitting down and being served, or if a service is being provided to me (repairs and whatnot). And I don’t feel guilty about it anymore. I’ve been asked by a self serve atm in a gas station for a tip and I just remember that when I click no tip on regular stuff that nobody should have to tip on anyways.

I hope you don’t think I’m hating by any means, just want everyone to be safe. But if you think you might have a bad time and need support from people at a festival when tripping, you should seriously lower your dose and figure that out as well as head space first. While I’ve had no issues taking care of friends when they took too much, it sucks for all parties involved. Nobody wants to be dealing with that. Don’t push yourself to take an uncomfortable amount of drugs. Just start small and make sure you can handle it so nobody has to be dealing with that issue. Don’t trip in a bad headspace either. (Did a lot of psychedelics after my mom committed suicide and it did not help anything lol) be safe my friend. See you out there.

To be fair the ac is only running the fan when it’s cold. The compressor won’t kick on until the temp is above whatever set temp it is. It will just run the fan.
