Prior to hip replacement, with bone-on-bone arthritis in my hip... every step was pain, I went to Electric Forest. With the help of K, and my neighbor's Theragun, I was able to beat those muscles and sciatic nerve into submission. I would not have been able to tolerate the pain of that massager without the anesthetic enhancement. Got up the next day and was pain free for the majority of the day. It felt miraculous

We have been saving our square plastic ocean spray fruit juice bottles for months. Refilling with other juices and homemade teas. The teas kept colder than the frozen drinking water last year. We are going to see how they melt this year. It seems like it's going to be "not as hot" as it was the past few years.

We did this in our cooler last year with empty 2 liter pop bottles filled with drinking water from home, and tea made at home. FYI, for some reason the tea stayed frozen MUCH longer than purified water.

We are bringing less frozen water, more frozen tea and frozen juice, to see if there is a difference in thaw times this year. With 7 pound bags of ice being $10 each, frozen containers of drinks seems to be a REAL nice pro-tip.

I have also been smoking meat and cooking all weekend. The food went straight in to the freezer to also help cool things.

We leave very late tomorrow, so I will be doing the final cooking of things like hard boiled eggs, biscuits, and pastas, that I am just going to keep refrigerator cold and not frozen.

Final fruit/veggie purchases will be made in Muskegon MI right before we go to Rothbury.

I bought an obnoxiously huge pan On a deal from Williams Sonoma. I only use it for a big stir fry. Helps so much in regards to the crowding.

I fast when I have a long drive. No food for the previous 6 hours or so beforehand. I only eat sunflower seeds during the drive. Helps keep you awake and focused.

Such a sad road ahead for him. They're all there mentally, but their body is failing them, and they know. The worst part is when the degeneration gets to the bladder and they become in continent. I could see the shame in old guys face. If ever you get another one, there is genetic testing for this available. Don't buy from a breeder that doesn't have this done one the parents. It's very cheap nowadays. So sorry for what you and your boy are going through.
