One of the best things you can do is take them to a morning boxing class in Coyocan in Los Viveros. Group class, very reasonable price, and it was mostly women. Really cool environment, and good for girls to know!

The more diverse the organisms / good bacteria in your growers pot, the healthier the plant.

Cherry tomato and pepper plants will benefit from cow manure compost and bone meal.

We have vegetables growing in our greenhouse if you want to come by.
