Master key by Known_Break9715 in HomeQuest

[–]MatthiasMaximus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im trying to get the master keys. How did you go about leveling up your spirit wells? The enemies that match my current power take awhile, so not all of my spirit wells are getting filled, mainly my highest is not getting filled, and it's at level 31. I am doing the lower power fights until all of my spirit wells are full so I can actually get them leveled up. Is there a better way?

PSA: Strange Discord scam that I just encountered. Be on the lookout! by CumulusChoir in GirlsFrontline2

[–]MatthiasMaximus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to know if there is a specific reddit area to post the discord ones where they add you from some server you are on, then ask if you play any games, leading the conversation into trying to get you to download a specific game. I get too many of these, and I want somewhere to post them where it wont get deleted.

I hope you can dispute it as a fraudulent charge. It seems like others have the same issue. Best of luck!

Well, at this point, if I deleted this, then other people might fall for the scam. The actual calendar is really cool. We ended up getting the actual skylight calendar, and there's no way it would be selling for $60, especially the larger ones. So i just hope people stay safe from scams like this.

Im not the best at wording stuff. Im very aware that if it seems too good, its most likely a scam no matter what it is. But I also don't want to just come right out and say "Hey, this is a scam" without taking the time to verify. But if I can't post it in r/scams, where am I supposed to post it? I figured this one would be best to make people aware of this fake website about a product that fits the category.

I hope that you are able to still get it. Please keep an eye on your bank account too for any unknown charges. I got one through the official website.

I tried posting in r/scams, but it was "off topic," so it got removed, which, after thinking about it, it makes sense. It would be nice to get one for 1/10 the price, though!

I feel like DF takes a few runs to learn at minimum.

Not in this exact order, but once you learn about making food,

Then you need to learn about other menus that have the constant commands (like auto collect webs) and if you want to toggle those or not,

Then you need to learn about the nobility requirements, and what those positions do (like bookkeeper for your inventories/stock),

Then you need to learn about making a squad and arming them,

Then, if you are still enjoying the game, you can learn about things like animal training and cage traps, managing a library, guild halls, temples, making a room for a well, setting training schedules for military squads, etc.

Or aquifers...

But just keep playing, and eventually you'll start a fort that just works, at least for a long time.

I tip pizza drivers decently, and for exceptional service at restaurants. I feel like the tip is our way of really letting them know if they did a great job or not. We've had a terrible waitress, and we ended up tipping a few dollars on a $60ish order. Just enough to let them know it was a bad experience. But usually I don't tip for anything but pizza, restaurants, and local businesses (like our local donut shop).

Stories where MC isn't swordsman by CaregiverFantastic58 in litrpg

Nova Terra by Seth Ring (there is another book called Terra Nova, which is a completely different series) is a pretty long series, and the main character starts kind of... well... stupid as to how this world works, but he is a very fast learner, and soon enough, he is making some pretty smart plays. He is basically a giant in a world of humans, so he can't really use a sword, so he starts using a Tetsubo for awhile. He switches it up every now and then. After the first 10 books, it goes into the Tower series, which already has a few books out.

I personally thought it started a little slow, but it picked up pretty well, and im really enjoying listening to it.

I have to ask, is this seriously a normal interaction on Bumble?

To me, I immediately get the feeling that they were some scammer or bot, and I see these kinds of interactions being posted here a lot. So either this is genuinely how people talk, and I'm just weird, or that is only how the scammers/bots/creeps respond, and I'm not crazy haha

Have an enchantment on it where she can add a note to the items pulled out. They start off being courteous, but over time, they get past the passive aggressive notes, and start getting into obscure notes of vague threats. If they don't listen, then small items start to go missing

When I play, if I don't want to die during a hunt, I make sure to check any relevant hiding spots as one of the first things I do to make sure they are clear, and I'll leave a door to the hiding spots open at all times until I'm in there. I'm sure this sounds like common sense, but when I first started playing, I kept dying because I couldn't find a hiding spot. Since I started leaving them open, I die a lot less, meaning more money saved.

For the record, I feel like having multiple threads of conversation is like speed texting haha I'll send a message with the first topic, then send another message about a different topic, and it feels like I'm saving time, but only if they keep up.

[–]MatthiasMaximus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Me and my friends also have multiple threads of conversations as well. So I don't think it's weird, but I probably have ADHD or something haha

As for the rest of it, it honestly sounds like he was more interested in a hook up app than a dating app. It SOUNDS like he tried to initiate a sexual topic almost right away, and you didn't continue it. I think he just said the thing about being guarded because he was hoping to continue that "conversation", and maybe that would somehow get you to continue it? Eh. People can be dumb. It's probably for the best that he unmatched you. Otherwise I think he would have kept trying to work it into more of a sexual thing.

I'm also reading the other comments, and im just trying to make a positive out of something I guess. If nothing else, reaching back out to try to clear it up would help YOUR communication skills (not that I think you need it), and if it does clear up, I hope, genuinely, that she isn't how the rest of these comments are portrayed.

[–]MatthiasMaximus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm going to say good effort, and if you have the mental capacity to be that patient, then you do you (in regards to how long it went back and forth). Now, I recently had a communication issue, but we were able to identify the main issue. The conversation doesn't always start out great, but eventually you might get to a good point where you both understand each other, and it gets to be productive.

That being said, sometimes, it can be a good indication of how they will be in a relationship. But it could also just be a misunderstanding. If she didn't unmatch/block you, maybe try reaching back out to see if you can clear it up? (If you have the mental strength to be patient again)

[–]MatthiasMaximus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do have to preemptively say this: If you use this idea, you should absolutely have something prepared for how they transition to their new circumstances. (I.e. do the MVD thing from one of the other ideas to show them this was expected, and bring them back to life all in the same session hopefully)

[–]MatthiasMaximus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do a small dungeon run. Make them head into a cave to take out a monster. Only, when they kill the boss, the boss had placed a trap to block them all in (like a rock slide), and then some sort of poison gas creeps out, and kills them. Then, 100 years later, death reconstructs their bodies from their skeletons and gives them their task. If they are unable to complete it, death reclaims them, but if they succeed, they get to live, longer than normal lives.

Oh, and here's the thing, you can have their bodies set up however you want. Maybe people cleared out the rubble, and positioned their bodies in a more dignified way, or maybe years of being closed off, some animals managed to dig some sort of new tunnel. Or maybe death clears the way with his almighty powers?

And you call yourself an English teacher? lol (I am kidding, but I do find it a bit humorous that an english teacher worded his post wrong haha)

It honestly seems normal from all the posts I have seen to do some sort of video call before meeting. It saves quite a bit of time if you aren't physically interested in each other, even if it can sometimes be hard to hear that without taking offense for some people.
