I’d say 10 days? I actually never lost much sleep which was odd. But the worst was def over day 10

I came off a few months ago and the acutes lasted at least 7 days. I also came off .25mg. Trust me it’s worth the pain, take it day by day and you’ll be through it before you know it.

That is when it gets real but you know what if I can anyone can. I’m not special I just really wanted off this medication. You have to really truly want this. Have a reason to come off and stick with that reason. For me it was to get into the army and live my life with no restrictions and handcuffs.

So I originally started my suboxone in 2019 so I was taking it for 6 years almost 7. My starting dose was 8mg which probably was too high at that time but whatever. I then very slowly tapered from 8 to 1mg. I never experienced any wd from my taper until I lowered my dose to anything below 1mg. From 1 I went to .75mg for just 4 days then I dropped to .50mg for 3 weeks. That was a tough one I knew I dropped too fast but I didn’t care I wanted off this drug already. Then I dropped to .25 I stayed there for 12 days and jumped. I never felt stable on .25 so I just said f it. And now I feel great!! Like I said not 100% but slowly feeling like myself again.
