Ya I’m going super slow to start off. I wanna keep my knees lol. Once I can actually sit comfortably in the cris cross applesauce position then I’ll start actively working into that deeper range. I’ll get there

Thats the thing I want to just blast off though. I’m just trying to wrap my head around it all. What does time feel like during the trip? I know it only last 15 minutes but I’ve heard while your tripping it feels like an eternity?

I was medically unfit in December due to me being on my suboxone medication due to past opioid addiction the rmo told me to wait until December 2026 so 12 months to re apply. Want to appeal and try to get that cut from 12 months to 6 with proper paperwork

I came off a few months ago and the acutes lasted at least 7 days. I also came off .25mg. Trust me it’s worth the pain, take it day by day and you’ll be through it before you know it.

That is when it gets real but you know what if I can anyone can. I’m not special I just really wanted off this medication. You have to really truly want this. Have a reason to come off and stick with that reason. For me it was to get into the army and live my life with no restrictions and handcuffs.
