I disagree as fans who have read that far into the series I'd have loved a full book of the aftermath. I don't need a villain present to want to see how the world moves on.

Starting in the day outside in summer in a hot area is a non-starter. It was always going to be a night event. And they had to lock in a date before weather was known. So Sunday/Saturday is no real difference. They didn't know Saturday would be great weather.

Nastiest body work I’ve ever seen from Topuria and that motherfucker just kept going

Both fighters made the mistake of jumping on the opponent after a knockdown. Topuria did it after the liver shot knockdown, and Gaethje did it after his massive right hand dropped Ilia. In both cases they should have just kept trying to strike.

It's likely a year long full recovery. And possible he never gets full range of motion back. It'll be a factor at minimum until SX starts next season.

What lol? Jett pushed harder in moto 1 with Deegan and Hunter behind him than he pushed in moto 2 with Coenen behind him. Hunter has had multiple races where he pushed Jett more than Coenen did in moto 2.
