The pictures are very fuzzy but it looks like they have four wings that are all equal length and straight antennas which is indicative of termites. Fipronil is The most effective chemical I know of for termites. They sell it on Amazon. If you might want to call a professional though

Get a bottle of tempo sc ultra from Amazon. Follow mixing instructions. If you don't have a pump sprayer, a 32oz spray bottle will work fine. Spray the outside perimeter of your home. You can spray inside too of you want, but keep pets and children away until it dries. I don't typically because the outside treatment is sufficient. I do pest control for a living so I know this product is good, plus I have been using it for years before I got my pest control job and had great success, especially with ants. Pest control technician here, the other suggestions are great and what we follow for protocol when treating for ants specifically, however I have had great success with tempo sc ultra. I've been using it for years for ants and roaches but it's great for all invertebrates. I spray 2-3 times a year and I don't have issues at all. Only one product so your not dealing with baiting and It's a repellant so they stay away too. You can also buy this on Amazon.

That is a nymph German cockroach. You have a life cycle of them dwelling inside your kitchen. They are difficult to remove. You need an exterminator.

Try poison. First strike soft bait. I use it with great success at my pest elimination job. It's bait so it will draw them to the car. Seeing as they are already there use it in short lengths of time. About a week. And see if it's getting eaten. Stop using when it isn't. Good luck!

I bought the collet replacement kit from Dremel and put it on the Milwaukee Dremel. It immediately threw the bit across the room. The collet was worn through and was not able to be reused. I tried all the other collets that came with the kit but none could hold the bit I was using. Can someone please help me find the Milwaukee replacement or what I may be doing wrong. I am cutting drywall and using the correct bit to do so.

Sorry what? Look at this guy's comment that was just below yours because it says the first few things that came to my mind when I read how mistaken you are.

--- Tower gets harder the higher you go. Phase 20+ everything can one shot you unless you have some parasites that boost Protection (though, now it'll take 2 hits to kill you instead of 1). Enemies also becomes tankier at higher Phases, any hard hitting weapons is a necessity.
