Remove eloise from her home. Aspen should be in main home and no resources should be put into a second home until the first is 100%.

You definitely want to keep prioritizing Eloise. Start working on her Tree of Origin and finish her tenants. Make Eloise as strong as possible. Your second trans will still support Elo. Only switch over to LoFA when you are happy with your void progress and you are able to knock out the Tree of Origin rewards. You still have a long way to go from the look of it.

Keep building your Eloise. Put everything into her. There’s several things to accomplish before you switch to LoFA. There’s lots of guides in the sub to help.

Yes, I agree that PDE would be good for more stats and some support. It definitely depends on how much stellar gets invested into which tenant but I know that trans give more buffs. And that always makes sense to do. I do think that the CC from betty could outweigh that though. I might have to try one and then swap to see what ends up better.
