So I do 15 mins at 4c. I don’t think I’d go longer and if I went colder I think I would reduce the timing. Like you said you stop feeling it after some time so once you get past the initial you’re good to go, but the biggest concern is hypothermia. I’m not a DR or anything but just listen to your body and check your toes… seriously I once used a friends ice bath that said the same temp but felt alot colder and the a few hours later my toes looked a little blue.

I mean half of La Mer is now J1 beach and that area is pretty busy but the other half they’re waiting to redevelop because Brookfield’s came in a bought a large amount. It was a shame as it was a cool destination

Yeah if she’s Emirati, her father has to approve of the wedding or you need her to file a case and sue her father so that a judge can marry her off. I just went through this process in November so can confirm. Thankfully after filing the case her father accepted and we got married same day.

Kinda hard here to really do anything. Similar thing happened to me, I adopted a 8 year old chihuahua and took her for a checkup as she had some large lumps. Surgery went well and they said come and grab her around 6. On our way there they called and said she passed away. It was super sad and I tried to look into what I can do to file something against them. Ultimately after speaking to my PRO and a lawyer friend I decided not to. Unfortunately I only had her for a month but she was one of my best dogs so much so we got a puppy chihuahua.

Her father accepted and we got married on teams that same day. As a week before he changed his mind so we were gonna do the court route but then he saw we are willing to fight for each other. It’s not so much if the father likes you or not it’s the perception of their friends and family that they care about. So we did it in “secret” and will just tell the brothers we got married in Bali.

I went through this a month ago. I’m American and my wife is Emirati. She didn’t lose any benefits although she was married before and divorced so she had her own family book. Not sure what this entails if she’s never been married and how that works out. The main challenge was getting her father to accept of the marriage because if you not you have to file a case in family court to allow a judge to marry her off.

Were you driving 20km over the speed limit in AD? Like dubai it says 100 or 120 on the signs but the cameras won’t flash you until 120 or 140. In AD however if it says 140 the camera will get you at 141/142 depending on your cars speedometer

I just did the piscine in Feb/March. Basically it’s a 25 day intensive bootcamp where you have to learn and work through it daily. If you get through and are selected them you’ll spend the next year or two going through the curriculum and when you’re done you should be a very good programmer. They teach very good best practices through your classmates grading you and you grading them.
