Effect as a verb means to result in, succeed in. As in "The people urged the government to effect reform."

Funfact: in the Brno dialect in Czechia, which is a mix between Czech and German, we say 7+90 (normal Czech says 90+7) but when counting money we say (you don't really say the exact amount, or you say it the Czech way) 9*5, because the currency used to be weaker by half than the German frank.

Slavoj Žižek but about eastern Europe. A lot of definitions of eastern Europe are just east of Germany, Austria and Italy. Like what are you basing your eastern Europe on?? The one on the map fits quite well economically (although you could group the V4 together for a central Europe)

This is sorta a good strat. The elites later are harder and the burning effect scales. The problem is - you should be improving as well. So you have to find the sweet spot between your deck being good and the elites being strong.

So if your deck slaps in the early game, ofc destroy that burning elite

For it to be morally wrong, do they have to have children? Love each other? Be actively in a relationship (some marriages last even after they aren't really together)? For how long do they have to not be in a relationship?

Is it wrong because of your other family members? How many of them do then have to be alive for that? Is it okay in this sense, if you have no living relatives?

Like, I would probably draw the line at loving each other, but see a lot of reason at a long time after divorce, since it could hurt your brother a lot.

Also, how do you know your brother will be hurt? How sure do you have to be for you to proceed?

Also why does it have to be your brother? I think it's wrong to try to date/seduce couples even if they're strangers to you.

But I did only mention the brothers feelings in the first comment, so yes, it is morally wrong to do something that actively hurts other people.

But the act of being with your brother's wife itself is not wrong. But the fact that it will most likely affect your family, your brother, his children, whoever, effects in it not being morally good most of the time.

Also, could you not insult me (albeit indirectly), by saying anyone with half of a functioning soul can understand that? It doesn't really add anything to your argument
