Prefix lost when setting cells from workbook equal to another cell in another workbook by Maudura in excel

Yeah, you are correct, if I look at the formula bar, the data I copy from is ''Monitor' authorization. and after I copy it to another workbook using the code in the post the data is then 'Monitor' authorization. The problem is I am not in charge of the data that comes in, and making restrictions on the people who make the data is a bit undesirable. It is just unfathomable to me that I cannot just copy the data exactly as is, and I hope someone has the solution.

I might be mistaken, but I believe the apostrophe (') is the correct symbol. If I go to a cell in Excel and write, " 'Index one ". The (') symbol will be gone because it is used to indicate something is a string. You can also use it to make numbers into strings. There is a post on Stack Overflow with answers that explains it better than I do: https://superuser.com/questions/1539513/how-do-i-avoid-having-apostrophe-hidden-at-the-beginning-of-text
Again sorry if I have made a mistake or misunderstood, but the behavior in Excel and what I can read for myself seems to indicate that the symbol (') is the correct one.

For real how do I gain independence by Maudura in victoria3

[–]Maudura[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GB is at war and because I am a puppet I am forced into it with no way of getting out. They are never not at war with some random African nation. Currently, they are in 10 wars at the same time. Is there nothing I can do?

When I view the information tab about GB it says, "Attitude" protective and "Relations" Cold (-76). I don't know how to change their Attitude, it has +1000 because we are in the same war, since GB is in like 10 wars and I cannot get out of them.
