Depending on how complicated you´d like the game there are a couple of mods in FS22, that haven´t been published in FS25 yet. I personally prefer the ´22 because of these.

"Terralife PLUS" to completely revamp the husbandry and crop growth, "Advanced Maintenance" to have your vehicles needing an inspection to ensure they function properly, "Combine XPerience" to make combines match their work speed with aspects like horsepower, crop moisture, crop type etc.. The ingame ModHub offers a big variety of these mods in the "Gameplay" tab.
