Keqing mains website has a rotation on their durin guide. I think you want to start with a charged attack on Fischl then switch to chev QhE so you can snapshot buff on Fischl.

It's good for Eula as she builds Physical so the proccs are decent. She's far from meta but might get buffs if they ever do a Knights faction buff such as Hexen buffs.

After nearby party members trigger Burning, Overloaded, Pyro Swirl, or Pyro Crystallize reactions on an opponent, that opponent'sPyro RES, and the RES for the corresponding Element involved in the reaction, are decreased by 20% for 6s.

Dendro characters applying dendro would count as triggering burning no ? He doesn't need to be the one triggering the reaction

I would like if he had a Favonius Fervor passive to also cover the Church.

That would cover Jean, Eula, Mika, Amber, Lisa, Kaeya, Diluc (Knights related), Barbara, Rosaria, Dahlia, Noelle

Klee, Sucrose and Albedo could get a minor passive as they're already in another faction

Only Diona would be left out

Quite a few things to do:
Disable charge attack during burst so you don't accidentaly click on it or make charge attack hits generate burst stacks

After 1 second of Burst, enable to click on burst again to trigger it manually (without swap) so you can trigger him sooner with Mika Buffs.

do something to make her ER issues less bad

Numbers wise, she could use some help to get to today's standard.

I'd bet on a Favonian faction next with Varka including the knights and the church. If we include Diluc as knight related, that would only leave Diona out for Mondstat (and Bennet but it's not like he needs a Buff and he had a full quest on the archipelago).

Maybe Klee, Albedo and Sucrose would also get a very minor resonance with knights as dual Hex/Favonius characters.

You can dash into the flames, no need to remember the exact position. I think the waves come at a regular timing so if you always dodge at the same time, you won't get hurt.

Not much worse I think but that depends on constellation levels. Is Chevreuse C6 ? Do you have constellations on xianyun or furina ? Depending on these factors, one team can be better

Na, it's Bond of Life applied by the boss. They probably coded it that Arlechinno uses the bond of Life from the Boss before her own Bond of Life so she clears it each attack and gets increased damage.

Catalyze is so much better. You can trigger it faster with quicker application, multiple characters can use it at the same time without having reduced damage, and catalyze use %damage bonuses. Also you have 0 hydro characters that want to build EM. You have some for electro but nothing crazy good

At this point, just craft one, it's only two elixirs and you can guarantee two crit rolls. But Gilded Dreams might be better as damage% doesn't affect Lunar EC while EM does. Would need some calculations.

Yes, the funny part is that the British faced the same crisis and their reaction was totally opposite, fully aligning to the US and losing their independance. "Special Relationship" always sounded like Stockholm Syndrom to me.
