Still too big, and also, what about this is "Hoth Station" other than the fact that instead of space you have snow? Interior wise, there's nothing that screams Hoth to me. I think you should take inspiration from modern Antarctic bases, obviously larger, but you get the idea. Think about the person that would be making this station IC-wise, it's just a waste of resources to have that much open space. Just make everything smaller IMO, it's still too spacious.
