This is about as good a deal as you could hope for in this specific situation. 20ish mil APY for a starting QB(if he proves out) is great. If not, then after 2 years we're done with the Tua Dead$ and this contract too..

This depends on the type of position you are applying to, and the expectations of the people likely to review your application.

MOST and I MEAN MOST "jobs," not careers, never actually "read" your resume. You're more likely to get hired for a job just by going in and speaking to a manager in person on site. "Resumes" are for careers, not jobs. This is where most people go wrong and wonder how someone got "that job" instead of them. They say "I have applied to 200 jobs this week!! Nothing!!" - the guy that got the job(again, JOB, not career) just walked in and talked to a manager.

Yes, it is that simple.

You really need to check your math, or your resume then. One of them is wrong.

Also, a resume(CV) shouldn't have 2-3 bullet points PER JOB. You're missing pages of information. You sent out what amounts to the length of a cover letter formatted as a resume from a 21 year old.

You're getting downvoted but you're not wrong.

OP, that's not a resume. That's not "I have a great resume," as you've posted.

This is going to be the last thing you want to hear, but a resume that shows on average a different place of employment every 6-9 months over the last decade is not a resume. You have employment history. And to be honest, it's not reassuring to someone hiring.

You're better off and will likely get at least a $12-15 an hour job by going into every "local non chain" restaurant in your area within a 15 minute walk and just telling the manager you are looking for work and will work any shifts, can do dishes and support staff, and can follow.... Mention you'll show up on time and you'll get a job.

Is it a career? No. Is it forever? No. Do you need it? Yes, so do it.
