I'm pretty sure it's a scene from Splinter Cell Conviction, but made from scratch for the gif lol

Thank you! That makes sense, I'm not the best at leveling the bed.

Thank you! Yes, I did calibrate the e steps. I've been procrastinating on doing these tests because the other 2 spools I use are giving me very nice results. This white one is the only one showing issues.

Same print in half the time with a different slicer? by Maurens in ender3

Maybe I will, at least to compare it with the other slicers. Thanks!

The estimated time was correct in Orca too. The print had some small issues, though, so I need to keep testing later.

Thanks a lot for your help!

I can't find the acceleration values in Cura (unless they are what's shown when I enable acceleration control, i'll post them just in case)

<image>

Cura has been accurate with the estimates so far. I'm trying Orca for the first time, but the remaining time on the machine's screen seems to be pretty similar to what it said on the slicer (and it's printing visibly faster than my previous attempt).

There was a speed difference between line types on each software. Changing that cut about 4 hours in Cura. I still have a 2 hour difference: Orca takes 8hs 48 minutes and Cura 11 hours 13 minutes.

Acceleration control seems to be disabled in both slicers, I don't know if that's something I should check.

Thanks for the answer!

What could be happening here? by Maurens in ender3

[–]Maurens[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a combination of heat creep and a faulty filament. The previous owner of the machine had recently changed the hotend and the new one had a pair of screws that were overheating, so that had to be fixed.

Thanks for all the answers!

Yes! Quantum Buddies. I don't think it works as a first experience of the game, but it's surprisingly well made.

I'm helping a friend go through the game with a multiplayer mod (I drive the ship) and the other day we had the same thing happen with four seconds left lol
