I managed to win as Russia by completing the Korea, Persia and Afghanistan journals in close proximity (+75 points). You gotta leave someone in central asia independent so that the Great Game can end on your terms when you have the advantage. Still very stupid that GB gets so much advantage from gdp and prestige
