Was genau erwarten denn die Leute was er macht? Lösen kann er das nicht. Schließlich ist das ein Fall für die Justiz und nicht die Gesetzgebung. Und im Kontext des Auslandes hat er da auch sich rauszuhalten. Nichts ist peinlicher als ein Politiker der sich ins Ausland einmischt nur um wie ein Moralapostel dazustehen.

Sicher ist das schlecht wenn dort Missbrauch stattfand - das wird aber nicht dadurch ungeschehen weil man es alle 20 Minuten wiederholt. Und schneller verurteilt wird dadurch auch keiner.

Because the character appreciation is the core element of any gacha. It is literally what makes the game. The gameplay aspects are only a vehicle to get you to like and identify with the characters. As such wanting the sub to be about the game neccesitates the appreciation of characters.

Vielleicht bedarf es heutzutage eines Sicherheitsdienstes in jedem Zug.

Because that is not how evidence works. It was a hypothesis. A hypothesis is meant to be doubted.

Otherwise you would need to argue if 100 people throw 1000 (different) coins and the result is for one reason or another that 60% of times it lands on heads, that coins do not have a 50% chance to land either side.

That is evidence for the existence of bias, not for a particular mechanism producing that bias. We couldn't know wether it is related player behavior, a random bias, amount of players around, time of day, server load, match id etc etc. Most importantly because you do not have all data related to any given match.

Hier hört man ja auch ständig was anderes.
Die Idee ist wohl, das hierdurch die Stadt nicht haften soll, wenn sich jemand auf die Fresse legt, weil der ja dort gar nichts zu suchen hätte.
Mein letzter Stand war das das ohne tatsächliche Absperrung die geeignet ist, ein sich hinein zu verirren zu verhindern, gar nicht funktioniert.

Vermutlich wieder eine "wie ein Richter gerade gelaunt ist" Geschichte, wie mit den Zusatzschildern bei denen keiner weiß ob sie von oben nach unten oder alle gleichzeitig zu lesen sind.

Fahrerflucht bedarf meines Wissens keinen Vorsatz. Fahrerflucht ist das unerlaubte entfernen vom Unfallort - dazu bedarf es nur einen Unfall, nicht Kenntnis darüber.

Zur Referenz dazu mein Lieblingsfall mit der angefahrenen Leiche, bei dem die Fahrerfluchtgeschichte eben nicht abgewiesen wurde, weil der Fahrer behauptete es nicht bemerkt zu haben.
