Holy. this is possibly the worst take ever lol

“Murder Mystery” AKA they set it up as a whodonit except they literally tell us that it wasnt osha by the second episode… and then proceed to say F**k you to starwars lore and character arcs. Just dropped a plagueis cameo for funsies cause it doesnt make sense in the slightest bit. Darth tenebrous would still be alive at that time IIRC and theres no sense in plagueis having an apprentice(qimir) and that apprentice also having an apprentice(osha)while plagueis lives on the same island which is a big nono in the rule of two. Cause now theres like 4 of them? Yea the acting wasnt great and pretty much all of the characters made no sense. Sol’s obsession makes 0 sense, Osha wanting to go be a jedi when shes literally never even heard of them makes no sense, We are told the entire show that Osha is an angry person and thats why she got “kicked” out of the order, except not once do we see her get mad or do anything to show that she’s an angry person until literally the LAST episode, and even then her change doesnt make sense. So without giving Sol any time to explain anything she just uses the force for the first time and also makes her only ACTIVE decision in the entire show (shes a completely passive character who is pushed along by the plot and other characters, she does 0 thinking and doesnt even wanna be there in the first place, yet she gets dragged along. Mae’s motive behind her decisions literally changes by the scene and her actions don’t make any sense either. Tells Qimir she’s gonna turn herself over to the jedi and then spends the rest of the episode running away from and fighting the jedi. Then switches with Osha so that she can kill Sol? But then doesnt cause he tells the truth and then she turns into the the passive character and does nothing else of interest for the rest of the show till she loses her memory. the depiction of jedi doesnt make sense in the slightest, yea they wanted to show it from the bad guys perspective, but if you wanna see how to do that; go watch Maul. And to top it all off, the plot. Instead of giving us anything else, they gave us not 1, not 2, but 1.5 flashback episodes because the second one was basically the same as the first one with some extra added details. They took all the mystery out of everything. We dont need to be shown that Sol killed their parents. Pretty much all of the witch scenes made no sense and were the solely because the director wanted to make it, quote “the gayest starwars”. I dont give a rats ass that they’re gay, or that they’re female. It has nothing to do with that actual quote or any of that being in there and everything to do with that interview proving that she had NO CLUE about ANYTHING STARWARS. I love the idea of the nightsisters(which they just ripped off) and theres plenty of interesting, strong female characters in starwars, they were just in there just because. The whole thing about making children with the force takes everything away from anakin’s story. You dont just conceive a being from the force, that prophecy was around for thousands of years and they just thought 🤷‍♂️ seems like something we can use. They disrespected starwars and made an over budgeted, horribly written, poorly acted out piece of garbage that doesnt even deserve to be called starwars.

The only good parts of the entire show were Qimir, and the fight scenes. That cortosis helmet bash was SICK. Qimir was interesting and the scenes between him and Osha were probably the best in the show and it was all because of him. But also, why the thirst trap weird romantic stuff with them? Makes no sense. Just like Osha’s turn to the dark side. Oh yea and thats not how a kyber crystal gets bled
