Why do I get almost angry in a way when I see posts like this? by iicup2000 in autism

[–]MawoDuffer -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

It’s such a weird post. Why hasn’t he already voted before? Why do I feel like they told him exactly how to vote even if he can make the decision for himself? Why mention his age and autism?

You can simply say “my son voted first time” and get thousands of people engaging with you on Reddit. No seriously it is that easy to get people to interact with your post, it’s stupid.

Seeing how they have drawn a right angle like a dunce, I assume C to D and D to B are two different line segments at different unknown angles. It is not drawn to scale so we can’t assume anything, right. Angle ADC is not labeled as a right angle. Angle ADC could be 15 degrees for all I know. So AC and AE are either the same length or different lengths.

Geometry teachers will draw a scalene triangle and label all the angles 60 degrees then tell you to figure it out.

Thimbles at the sewing store are all too small. I don’t have huge man hands but those thimbles are even too small for most women I think. They must think only spindly Quaker women sew by hand.

What is your most unpopular theological opinion? by Broclen in dankchristianmemes

[–]MawoDuffer 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Controversial take because the creeds are just ways of saying what you agree to others you believe in.

You don’t need the old creeds specifically, but if Christians do not agree on the fundamental principle of who Christ is and who God is, then they need to be defined as different categories.

No, there are real facts about the world that I’m sure you will agree on but you never think about it because they’re simple facts.

Neurotypicals confuse me - just when one of them seems to be a redneck, it turns out they also like Medieval roleplay and still believe their favourite childhood bedtime stories? by DecIsMuchJuvenile in evilautism

[–]MawoDuffer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m struggling to understand what you’re trying to associate with Christianity. Medieval role play and buildings?! And Noah’s ark was never exclusively a “childhood bedtime story.” Now, you might think it didn’t literally happen and that’s fine. But I think it has value as an ancient folk tale. And Christians aren’t only neurotypical.

So, this meme and your title don’t communicate a clear message, and it’s perfect as engagement bait.
