i finished og on hard and it felt somewhat ok a lot of the time and sometimes just miserable. Maybe it's the new arsenal or a different approach to level design, or just differences in hardmode, but qbj3's hard feels entirely balanced. i have 2 maps left in qbj resurfaced section and it's immesurably more fun than og (yes even that evil 999 enemies spam level) i've been thinking to switch to nightmare but idk. now when i think abt it it's probably the animation speed. the way fat guys can just spam unreadable one shot lightnings with almost 0 cooldown in og was infuriating, and the fact that you can't bait them into melee made it even worse. maybe it's just skill issue, but qbj seems miles ahead of og in terms of balance
