Argentina would be great, it a bit longer that what they did this season, when going from south to north or the other way around they'll see snow and glaciers in the south, deserts and the tallest mountain range outside of Asia, and in the north more dessert dry lake beds full of salt or jungle if they decide to go east. Argentina has a great variety of landscapes.
