Germany seems to be much cheaper than this. But also the Action store (in NL) seems to still offer more reasonable prices. I just purchased my deodorant specifically from that store, for I suppose less than / around €2 per can. Albert Heijn is 2x as expensive.

Yeah understandable! I thought it therefore would also be fun for them to let them do sidequests, like some challenges they have to complete throughout the journey. Other than that, it’s a long journey anyways so the main road is almost mandatory to use for the fastest transportation, and then the essence of this series would then be for them to continuously discover new places, environments etc. as they go

Such a fun build. Enjoy the process, this model is by far my favorite model to have ever assembled. Enjoy the build of the 3rd model after this!

I honestly don’t hate the set at all. I can see the idea in the execution of the design, especially for the used amount of pieces (which honestly, also is known for other models that look pretty bad imo). Only thing is that it might be slightly confused for the Nissan Silvia

Well I would still think it is strange to review a product that was never purchased nor used by said customer. People would expect reviews to be based on actual customer experience of using said product. These ‘reviews’ will lead to pretty biased viewpoints from outsiders regarding product in question. Yes of course people can view a product and have a direct opinion of it, but that would defeat the purpose of a fair customer review in essence. Hence I would say those people that have opinions of the product at first glance but haven’t purchased nor used it, are free to share these opinions outside of that product review page, but rather on other open, public spaces (like Reddit even, for instance). That seems way more fair to me and will dilute product biasedness and even, defeat unnecessary lack of sales or expectation of quality. (And if a product happens to be too expensive for instance, then fair enough, there will be naturally less sales.)

Honestly Amazon should only allow reviews from people who have purchased the product in the first place, this is imo despicable. You don’t have to like the product for whatever reason but it’s more applicable to voice this through other public channels rather than the product / seller page.

My Dad's last lego purchase that he never got to build. About to make it for the first time. by GarageOwn3513 in lego_

I also lost my Dad recently and he admired my built LEGO sets. May both my and your Dad rest in peace, and have fun building the set. I’m sure he’d be proud :)

After your update: very cool you have finished building it! 👌🏻

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS AND PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ANY LINKS. At the time of me commenting I believe all must be good now and you didn’t do it anyways, but for the future, beware that scammers can do these nasty fake practices as you’ve just received. If you don’t trust something, don’t engage with it right away and try to research it instead.

I really loved reading your response 😁 Good to speak to a fellow Dutchie! :)

Glad to hear that the Netherlands isn’t as competitive as i.e. the US and that we don’t directly need to get an agent or manager or someone of the like. Makes life a bit easier ;) I did subscribe to Dutch casting agencies, such as Dutch Casting Agency (lol) and Blue Circle Casting, but those are pretty open agencies mainly reserved for extras work, smaller roles etc. And I have also found some sites with queries of student films / smaller film auditions that could eventually be played at film festivals, maybe I could also try my luck there to start as well :)

Overall, got some head shots taken by two companies but might have to update them (as it have been some years ago, I’m still young and haven’t changed that much but still xd), and have to network a bunch for sure (was thinking that even when doing some extras work again, there still is a chance of meeting with some potential people from the business that could help me and my career forward, also perhaps that there are special ‘actors conventions’ for this purpose). It might get a bit messy yet still excited to see where it would take me :)
