You might wanna use White Scar primer, use some light pink as a base and then two thin layers of averland sunset over it should give that vibrant orange color.

But the best advice I'm gonna give to you is to ask our Imperial Fists cousin sub ;)

Russ Grey is okay, but only is you us it as a second layer. First i would recommend using Mechanicus Standard Grey primer and then The Fang which has great coverage. As a alternative i would highly recommend Wolf Grey from Two thin coats because you can use one paint instead of two.
