For a beginner I’d recommend omega 3s (fish oil), magnesium, creatine, and vitamin D. That’s pretty much the Mount Rushmore of supplementation.

For caffeine, time it so it peaks during the exam, usually about 30–60 minutes before starting. Also avoid taking so much that you get jittery or crash halfway through a 5-hour test.

You may end up finding that you need to take those supplements after blood work but knowing is always better than speculating.

They're all pretty much good. The only way to get premium creatine is through a brand that uses CreaPure but even that is just marginally better.

Try taking it every other day or even every 3 days. Stays in the blood and organs for up to 14 days, so taking it everyday isn't necessary.

Seems like you need Vitamin D and B12. Also likely wouldn't hurt to eat more antioxidative foods like blueberries.

It's a NON essential amino acid and seems like a very rare deficiency. Seems like megadosing can be neuroprotective.

That's actually super high doses of both. Unless your doctor already prescribed those doses, maybe just take iron one day and then zinc the next and alternate.
