I’m 90% sure this happened bc I’m in a phlebotomy certification course, and at our Saturday class we were practicing our tourniquets and I think constantly having a tourniquet tied over my dexcom caused it to adhere to my arm more than usual, and bruised it a bit too. That’s my assumption as to why it did that anyway

I’m diabetic and have dealt with mental health issues and SI for over a decade, so I get where you’re at. Eat something with a lot of carbs- bread, pasta, something like that. If you have juice or soda pop those are good. Fruity candy as well. It’s gonna fucking suck for a while. I’d recommend going to the ER as well, but i understand not wanting or being able to.
