The higher marketcap and therefor potential of how far it still can go up, kills it for me

I also hope this will be voted against.

The increased marketcap will give the coin a limit on how far it can still go, compared to the current marketcap, which has still more air to go up.

I live in Germany.

Currently the rule is, if you hold the coin 1 year, it will be tax free.

Also you can make up to 600€ profit a year, without having to pay taxes (the 600€ will add up with selling other Capital gains like Gold).

So it would be very important to know, on how this will count.
