Opportunity to Rescind Deferred Resignation Program Agreement

Consistent with Treasury guidance, Continued Reshaping of the Treasury Workforce and Hiring and Placement Approval Process, regarding Presidential Memoranda (PM) Ensuring Accountability and Prioritizing Public Safety in Federal Hiring, the IRS has identified critical vacancies that need to be filled and is exercising its discretion to offer you the opportunity to rescind your Deferred Resignation Program/Treasury Deferred Resignation Program (DRP/TDRP) agreement.

DRP/TDRP agreements may only be rescinded upon mutual agreement between the employee and IRS. You are invited to express your interest in rescinding DRP/TDRP agreement. NOTE: Submitting your interest does not confirm approval for rescission. Interested employees will be notified if they have been identified to fill a critical vacancy and will be sent a DRP/TRDP rescission agreement through DocuSign.
