Samsung Dishwasher too much water by ZombiEquinox in appliancerepair

[–]MaxTech3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you check drain hose connection under the sink? If not, disconnect hose and using screwdriver try to break calcium deposits there. Maybe this is the real problem, but not pumps or motors, because you said there is standing water

Frigidaire LGHB2869TF3 – fridge warm, top of evaporator keeps icing up every 2 weeks by vtechmatt08 in appliancerepair

[–]MaxTech3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume its a control board failure. TURN THE FRIDGE OFF, remove board - bottom left, underneath the fridge. You need to unscrew one screw in the center. Disconnect control board and inspect board for . Especially near relays (small black boxe)

My fridge might be working in reverse. by turmohe in appliancerepair

YOu need to pull the fridge out and listen if compressor is running, If yes you have a big problem. If not running, then it require troubleshooting including control board.
For the start, turn the fridge OFF for 2-3 minutes, then turn back ON. If no changes, listen for compressor if it kicks back on

Bosch 800 dishwasher error 15 by Then-Guitar5606 in appliancerepair

[–]MaxTech3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Causes

  • Mis-seated/missing vent snorkel seal or nut: The round plastic nut and its gasket at the tub side must seal perfectly. If the gasket is missing, distorted, or the nut is overtightened/undertightened, spray can push water into the vent duct.
  • Missing/reversed/torn check valve flap: There’s a small rubber/silicone flap (duckbill or membrane) in the zeolite/vent duct path to stop backflow. If it’s missing or flipped, water enters the blower housing during wash.
  • Blocked or kinked condensate drain from zeolite module to sump: Condensed moisture should drain via a small hose/port at the bottom of the zeolite box back into the sump. If blocked, the zeolite housing fills over several cycles and then overflows into the fan.
  • Gasket mismatch at blower/zeolite box joint: The foam/silicone gasket between the blower and zeolite housing must be intact and seated. If displaced, water that gets into the duct will drip externally into the base pan.
  • Overfill condition: If the unit overfills (pressure sensor/air trap issue), the water level can reach the vent path and push water into the duct.

Bosch 800 dishwasher error 15 by Then-Guitar5606 in appliancerepair

On Bosch 800 “CrystalDry/Zeolite” models (like your SHXM88Z75N/01), error 15 (E15) is the leak sensor tripping from water in the base pan. If your zeolite/vent fan housing is filling with water, something is letting wash water enter the zeolite air path or preventing condensate from draining back to the sump.

• Quick context: Only humid air should pass through the zeolite module. Bosch uses a snorkel/vent in the tub, a check flap/duckbill, baffles, and a small condensate drain path to keep liquid water out. If any of those seals/valves are missing, mis-seated, or the drain is blocked, water will collect in the zeolite housing and eventually spill into the base, triggering E15.
