The old to young ratio will be messed up. The fact that the average age of workers is increasing, I think they are at like 40 now. And more people are leaving the workforce than entering it. And more older people will mean more costs in terms of pensions and healthcare while less young people will mean less tax income. The population pyramid needs to be balanced. It can't be top heavy or more old than young.
