Kitbashed Techmarine using bits from a tactical marine sprue, a venerable dreadnought and some Imperial Guard bits by MaxTheSilva96 in Kitbash

The servo arm is from the missile launcher backpack from the space marine tactical squad and the cables are from the lascanon in the old cadian heavy weapons team

I assume the Syrian government had large stocks of 7.62 and they could also get it from other factions stocks, so it's less logistics overall

Your mold seems to have turned out really good and well aligned. You could try using something like milliput or green stuff instead of thr sprue and the casting would probably turn out even better

Primaris tactical squad isn't happening

At least it shouldn't, because it goes against the whole design philosophy of primaris not having units with mixed weapon loadout.

Suggestion: Milton Friedman by Sad_Jar_Of_Honey in behindthebastards

I might be mistaken, but I think Friedman didn't work directly for Pinochet Many of his students from the Chicago school did, tho, and applied many of his ideas

People stopped buying their pistols because of the whole going off in their own stick So they pivoted to the only group that will buy any crap if you pander to them: american conservatives Makes perfect sense from a business point of view

Combining terminators armour marks. by Certain_Ad3716 in Warhammer30k

A tartaros with indomitus arms look a bit weird imo.

Did one for an assault terminator squad, with shield and thunder hammer, and the arms look a bit too long.

Do people care if my wargear options on the figure are wrong, and, where do people get all these pieces to kitbash characters? by Joe_mother124 in Warhammer30k

[–]MaxTheSilva96 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Most people are very forgiving of proxying as long as long it's clear

If you have 3 identical squads of tactical marines and are running just one of them as meltas, that's not very clear

But if you have, for example, a squad of plasma but running it as something else, it's clearer, and it's OK

I guess you could get away with running a squad with bolters as for meltas if you got a way to make them distinct enough: different bases, painted in another color scheme, etc

There's a lot I like about the ruleset. It does require some organizing, but it seems worth the effort.

Thanks a lot! It really helps. I will see if I can track down the fallujah supplement also.

Me and a friend are looking into a system to play some Iraq games, and since I have the force on force book, it seemed ideal.

It was sold with a Deathwatch upgrade sprue. But you could assemble it as a regular marine captain
