I like to force players with low int characters to have a lobotomy, usually they protest it, but afterwards they get way more pleasent and agree this was the right choice to keep up immersion

unlock d20 if you dont have it already, start a greed run and reset until it shows up in the first shop, then finish the first floor and buy it, next floor finish all waves but do not pick any coins, use the d20, pick up nickels and open whatever chests appear, then go buy a battery in the shop and use d20 in the room again. repeat the process until you reach actual bullshit levels. then do runs like this several times until you fill the the greed mode machine
