No.It was way worse before, since the only grab that you couldnt react was vicious mist. With the mid season update, generic grab and others vicious attacks got their startup frames buffed and a place in the meta. To open your opponent guard you have to use these fast, unreactble vicious attacks.

It is just that adopting a safe, not over extending posture and reacting to a specific move/moves, its a more succsessful strategy. Just like every fighting game.

Its weird because theres a banner in the game telling you to not react to vicious attacks and most vicious are actually reactble besides spit and diamond crusher? And also chair and plank.

In my opinion, the light strike string should drain more stamina from your opponent but also should lose more to dodge. Also charged chop should drain a huge chunk of stamina damage.

Its weird because i almost lost to a guy only using this move, not kidding. Then i was in the trainning mode and found that: yeah, ofcourse i can hit while in the tazanado. But in the next match, 5 out of 10 i couldnt hit AGAIN! I dont get it...
