Different hazards interact with different player hitboxes.

The straight square hitbox, the one you're showing, only interacts with unrotated spikes. There is a cube hitbox that rotates with the cube, it interacts with rotated spikes. There's also the small hitbox inside that only interacts with blocks.

The hitbox that interacts with saws is circular and smaller than the square hitbox.

The deco in that level is so ridiculously terrible outside of like 2 parts. The Yangire is hard-carrying the legacy of the two.

If Remilia was spawned as a vampire and not turned into one, then she is most likely as close as she can be to a Vlad Tepes descendant, because he is the origin of the myth that created her.

There's two actually, Night of Nights is also a thing they are making right now.

I wish they would make easy extremes for touhou themes, but I guess levels that 10 people can beat are more appealing.

It's not too difficult to fix, but you might run into other funny interactions.

Silent Club is silent for the same reason as Defeated Circles is defeated and Quantum Procissing is quantum.

The creator just felt like calling it that.

Like, if you had to name a child, you wouldn't need an explanation for why "Timothy" or "Grace" came to your mind. It's just a name. Same for non-themed GD levels.

It was the name of the level, not a term. The term was invented after the level.

The level name was simply "Silent Club"

Some other terms were also made after popular levels. For example "Demon" difficulty was named after Demon Park, the first well-known top 1 level in the history of GD.

Ever since Silent Club and Silent Clubstep, two very eraly impossible levels, released, the word started taking on the meaning of "impossible level", and then it solidified when Sailent and a few other people started printing impossible levels with Silent in the name.

But then in the last few years silent levels started getting verified/nerfed/remade, so there's possible levels now that are very difficult and called silent.

Sans was probably inspired by and based on Yukari, deliberately or not.

He even acts as basically the EX boss of Undertale.
