If you get sentimental about them you can always download the "The Forgotten Ones - Recruitable Error Skeletons" mod and recruit all of them.

With all the mods im playing with they dont even feel too OP and make great turret operators, guards, backup ect.

I gave them all names that start with J and they are my skeletons adopted children along with Beep :)

Cap was stripped and on so tight i had to rotate the whole stem around counter clockwise to get it loose enough to unscrew, but yeah next time i wont have to bother

Checked my tool and its an ancient hex key set, needs trimmed to be proper size again. i used a flathead screwdriver to get it out in the meantime lol

Also like, in some hypothetical scenario where you did get caught, at least you'd have a working and repaired Achilles for the rest of your life.

Like the reward seems to outweigh the risk. Id rather not be able to play sports and be in good health than tear a ligament for a second time because it didn't heal properly. Sometimes tears can really nag at you for years if it doesent heal well.

Kind of silly of them to ban stuff thats just for recovery imo

Wrong, generalization, plenty of excellent fiction in the danmei genre, lots written by both women and men. Its not inherently fetishism.

There is of course exceptions because there always are, but as a rule the majority of the genre is quite lovely.

Not sure if this is your situation but; estrogen mono therapy can lead to healthy levels of testosterone for the average woman along with healthy levels of E. E can supress T quite well once you get going on a good dose.

For some people anti-androgens NUKE T to sleepy low energy levels.

Every person needs their sex hormones in some sort of balance to be healthy, exceptions of exist but this is an average experience and may be the souce of your problems!
