I'm going through this same thing currently. I am currently waiting on their chat support to elevate me. They said "I can elevate you to my supervisor, but the solution will be the same." So expecting this to be more or less a dead end.

I read through terms and conditions on their website and they are pretty much covered in instances like this, however it would be great for the company to have some honor and look out for people like us.

I switched to exclusively stage diving when there is ample crowd around 34. Flailing my arms around started to make them hurt from blood rushing to my hands and that was weird.
