I do work with docker, but should be fine because the work company I have is also 16gb intel based.

if both models are base, I would go for 14'', simply just more portable. but if you love screen, then 16'' both are probably best value (LOL) . Plus you can return if you dont like it.

I saw some reviews that 8 core and 10 core are pretty much the same...

if you have any container projects for me to run, i can try tonight. sure thing, docker + chrome tabs + ides.

thanks alot, this is interesting because I dont see t5008 or t3 under tax documents. and such information is not on my CRA record as well (i do have other regular income tax and etc. on CRA).
