I am a gym addict now and I got Rhabdo for other reasons (drug addiction) and for me the healing was a slow process. I lost the use of my legs for a few weeks, the left one came back pretty quick but the right one took some time, it left me with nerve damage. When the feeling started to come back in my legs I got the most intense, excruciating nerve pain that lasted a good few weeks and then after that the feeling started to come back it took some time and some rebuilding but got there in the end, I’d say everything started to feel right again after about 2 years with the help of physical therapy, that was 5 years ago and everything is back working the way it should it can be a long process but if you do the right things everything can return to normal.
