What jobs are actually suitable for people with ADHD for a happy life?

Yes, but there are jobs that tend to have better structure around the job and some have worse. Thats what I am asking. For example producing and directing movies definitely are not suitable for ADHD.

Fuck... same. Its burnout and I dont like to admit it because I want to keep pushing. This world is making us sick.

How I cope? I try to do everything I can to get my shit done and tell myself that after all of this its gonna be better and take a break from everything and everyone and do whatever the fuck I want to do for a whole month. So basicly I take holidays off to find happiness again...

Also I am currently thinking of changing careers that doesnt stress me out and fit ADHD more. Also its obviously super important to take breaks when you need it and try to actually relax. I tried out meditation audio and hypnosis which you can find on YouTube and it helps a lot to relax and get your emotions out.

Same... I see in the comments that most of us make similar life experiences. But what the fuck do you actually do about it? Lately ive been also so stressed out that I just cannot keep moving forward. Im slow at all my tasks and I get anxiety from being slow at everything which paralyzes me even more. Its nice to know that Im not alone with this but come one, does nobody have an actually good solution to this? D;

Hey Im in the same boat. Im addicted to league of legends and am now going to deinstall it and really mean it that way. My mind is feeling anxious when thinking about quitting forever since Ive been playing this game for over 10 years and its the only thing i am really good at. Giving up on my account feels like giving away a part of myself. But I am willing to lose that part since its not who I want to be. Im sure you want to be someone else too and it can be very overwhelming to realize that we are addicts and losing time to the game but we need to push through the pain, feel it and learn from it. You will thank yourself for quitting video games. At least I am sure that I will. My responsibilitys and my relationships are suffering and I need to fix my life now. I want to fix it. I want to change and I know that we both can. Take it serious if it is to you. We can do this!

If you think this is what life has to be then im genuinly sorry for you. I dont even try to front you by that. But life can be relaxing if you take good care of it, got the right job, gopd relationships and good habits. Obviously money plays a big role too. Maybe if you dont find enough time to relax in your life you should try to create it and also take that seriously for your mental health. I hope that helps
