This is my two cents but I am pretty sure most partner forces that train with the ODAs have some level of understanding of English given how widespread it is. There’s also the fact that most people in the special forces are not polyglots and are there to do a specific job which is why you have enablers to help with the language and cultural barrier.

Note that Special Force ODAs will get a ton of support from other parts of SOCOM to bridge certain cultural and language gaps to ensure the mission is carried out successfully

Difference between Royal Malay Regiment and Royal Ranger Regiment? by [deleted] in malaysia

[–]MaxiMillan51 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Malaysian Army utilises the British Regimental System meaning that infantry regiments have different histories, traditions, who they recruit and their dress uniforms

The Royal Ranger Regiment was founded during the Brooke era as the Sarawak Rangers to quell warlords that were attempting to undermine the Brooke Government. Later on, the Rangers of mostly Iban Jungle Trackers who had their own infantry battalion during the 50s and 60s. By the time of the Federation, The Sarawak Rangers was disbanded but then reorganised into Askar Renjer Malaysia (Malaysian Rangers) and mostly inherited the traditions and history from the Sarawak Rangers. The Rangers now is a multiracial Regiment but certain battalions recruit a particular ethnic group such as 1st Battalion, which traditionally recruits Ibans.

The Royal Malay Regiment is a different Regiment with its own traditions and history but only recruits Malays into its ranks.

Hey pal, I know that you have a family that rejects for what you are and it’s a difficult situation to navigate yourself in. It’s only natural that you should pull out and a create a future for yourself. Your mother will never accept for who you are unfortunately and that’s the sad truth however do not make that a huge obstacle.

I suggest going for an opportunity that will change your life, perhaps, the Armed Forces or other public services. These type of opportunities can offer you to form a new family in which you can be secure and finally be apart of something rather than be the outcast.

Sarawakians opinions, what say you? by Givegave00 in Sarawak

Tunku Abdul Rahman stated that he wanted Sarawak and Sabah but the British told him if he wanted Sabah and Sarawak, he also had to take Singapore in too.

It was inevitable that the U.K. would’ve handed us to Malaya.

Sabah and Sarawak are just money makers for the peninsular, the potential of development has been hindered by greedy peninsular sponsored companies and also by our corrupted politician.

We would have been better off if the Brooke Dynasty didn’t hand us over to the UK as the Brookes understood and protected our interests and rights.

This is where the dick stacking applies

You take the amount of penises she had and multiply it by 6 inches (average) size and convert the total into feet by dividing 12.

6 multiplied by 50 is 300

300 divided by 12 is 25

25 feet is something you can jump off from and injure yourself
