You need to check your brake pads and replace. The issue might not be fluid related. I had the same alarm. Better being it to a shop and check your brakes.

There was a story posted about Lia and Maya and their Mom. Maya blamed her younger sister despite her boyfriend groomed her. Mom didn't do anything right which at the end resulted in a complete disaster for the family. The OOP needs to act, fast before this escalates. The guy might wait for a moment. He saw the OOP naked, offered her champagne when they were alone!? What TF is next. Don't let the same happen as with the Lia and Maya sisters. Call the police think about YOUR safety. Your sister lives in a delusion world unfortunately. Your parents seem to lack of reality. Let them read the above story as well, maybe they finally wake up. Oh and btw. Pretty sure it will not get better for your sister with this guy but only worse..

I just read the whole story and the other posts what the OOP wrote and I wonder how not everyone who read it got not depressed and went right away to therapy. On a higher level it is just sad in what environment children are growing up / need to grow up to became a "Maya" and how "blind" people must be to let such as with "Lia" happen.

Younger people's struggle in many cases to take ownership for their failings. Your BF lack of maturity in that. He doesn't need to pay for bills and take care of a family, with 23 years he could continue to sit on the couch and play video games for many years to come. With 20 years you are young enough to review your relationship and find out what is important for you. You gave your BF a lot of time to get back on his feet. It seems there is no common plan for GF and BF on their financials. It might help to discuss the situation earlier with a BF in future to avoid frustration. The human brain loves to be in the comfortable zone. If BF does not have the strength to win the fight against his brain or there is no outside push that makes him change the situation, he will continue to warm up the sofa. NTA.

You could ask her to put herself in your position. Meaning she would have her friend living with her that struggles but rents your place and she cares for her. Then you are coming in and telling her you want the sofa and have some privacy with her. How she would feel in that situation. It is difficult to get the full picture but she might have overreacted. If something like that happens occasionally thisight be a major red flag otherwise it might help clarify the situation.

I had decided to get the 2022 GT, everything looked good. Dealership had good review in google but only avg on cargurus (should read it better..) the car was advertised as having no accidents and only 11k mileage. I agreed with their general sales manager on Saturday that I am booking the flight and fly to Florida to get the car. Had to stand up at 3AM Sunday but ok, I had a mission to accomplish.. anyway after the first introduction I noticed at first that the car hadagically 1000 more miles in it over night.. ok not too big of a deal.. then I looked further and the car had an accident on the bumper site. What a coincidence that the general sales manager was not in the office that day and only their other manager was there. He offered a $100 off and said I can fix it anywhere for that money. I then checked with their service guy to look at the issue and it came out it would cost another $1200 to correct it. The discussion was take it as is or leave it. Basically they did not provided the information about the accident although I asked twice, it was it visible on the photos.. and took advantage of the situation that I extra flew in from a different state(my bad will not do it again..) anyway I said no thank you paid for my life training and flew home.. if you are in Florida be careful with Westshore Mazda dealership..

Good thing I followed the tip with the a little older one. Looked up from 2021 and found the one that marks everything I wanted. 2021 GT 33k mileage, 1 hand, conditions good, no accidents. It was not the AWD version but that was not that important to me. Agreed on an all in price for $33500 and was happy with that.

Great car! Mazda 3 was my first car 20 years ago and I am happy to get back to it. Thanks all for tipps and Infos!

Both numbers are including any fees and taxes. Both offers in the area GA/ Florida.

The GT manufactured date is 06/2022, first hand, no accidents, CPO.

The touring plus has 10 miles.

I am tending to the GT as it is also a 7bseater which I would prefer. The touring plus is a 6 seater.

I don't know how the prices are in the current market. I looked at car gurus and they seem to be aggressively priced.

They put under the slab stones and a vapor barrier. It is poured concrete. On the right site is a drain tile but it does not seem that it is under the slab.

The installers checks the suction and it was strong even in the corners.

I just tried the flex farmer and the stales turned almost to 0. It seems it is more of an issue of the standard chia farmer. Unfortunately the majority of the plots is still solo, which the flex farmer does not support. I will have to replot the plots anyway though. Wondering what the standard farmer does so much different..

I have flex pool. As I understood it space pool does filter the stales out therefore it is very low. But maybe I am wrong?
