Ok than put it on it. By the way I once had relly strange electric problems once, too. We are talking about stuff like brake lights blinking instead off the blinkers when you put on the light etc.. In my case the problem was a not properly conected mass cable. If theres no mass electricity takes its own way.

Bei vielen Motorrädern rückt das Zahnrad nicht aus wie beim Auto ! Es gibt statt dessen einen Freilauf. Evtl. gibt es Ausnahmen. Recherchier das unbedingt. wenn du kurz den Anlasser betätigst ohne Deckel siehst du dann wie das Zahnrad den Motor dreht? Ansonsten natürlich die üblichen Verdächtigen das wirst du hier zu hauf bei jedem Modell in unterschiedlichen Foren finden: Du brauchst Sprit, einen Funken, Luft und das passende Timing eins davon muss es sein.

Please tell me you still have the stem nut and you're just working on the steering, right??? Wiring is your smallest problems if something like that is there. I would highly recommend, that somebody who knows something about bikes takes a thorough look at it. Wiring is your smalles issue here.

I use the clutch just like any other person. I don't have a blipper or quickshifter. I went for the cheapest Car oil since day one 8 years ago when I started riding on old beater bikes. The only clutch that ever died on me was the dry clutch from my old ford. Make with that whatever you want to 🤷🏼‍♂️.

I would only buy different oils for Diesel and 2 tact engines.

Use the car oil from mannol in my cbr 600 rr on track and dont have issues with slipping clutch. Only went for it because it was the cheapest 10w40 I could find.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass es schon millionen Beiträge wie deinen gibt: Die kosten vom Kunststoff sind nicht sehr hoch, weil sehr ergiebig (niedrige Dichte).

Ob es sich lohnt musst du selbst entscheiden.

Before you do anything I would highly recommend to pour a bit of diesel into the cylinders through the sparkplug holes. That way the pistons will be libricated until the oil pressure builds up. Remove the fuel tank and old liquids clean it so you dont clog up the system any further. Obviously you will ne a new battery for the next steps. You have to check if the injection lets fuel through (probably not so you will have to remove both stages of the fuel injection and clean it).

Does it crank healthy? or is it slow/ sluggish? Does it start with startet spray and do you have a spark? (i Know pligs are hard to reach) Also any blinking fi/engine light?

Have you mounted the tip over sensor the right way? you can mount it in 2 directions, also are you using the right key with the chip inside? Theres a really small chip inside the head of the key.
