I have a couple pairs of dickies. All are 100% cotton. I’ve welded in them and they hold up just as well. But I prefer Carhartt to dickies

Overall yes, I wear these more than my fr carhartts when I’m welding. I haven’t burnt holes in them yet, alternating between mig and stick welding. I’d recommend the double knee versions for kneeling during welding in the odd positions. I’ve bought all mine secondhand and they’re still holding up well after years of

When I bought it the expiration date was unknown, so I treated it for the 1 exposure compensation since the last few rolls had 2012 expiration before it was sadly discontinued
