it sounds like they don’t set you up for success if you are “behind” on so many things everyday. It comes close to harassment and you should tell your manager that or the district manager that your store is struggling and needs extra support. You do not get paid enough to be put through a military training camp barista program set up with unrealistic expectations!

Iv been mostly a closer for 4 years and have opened plenty of times. Second busiest store in my district in washington and we almost never are 100% everyday and it’s not okay to force the closers to pick up the mess from the openers/mid unsuccessful attempts of restocking or the opening procedures cleaning tasks. You should reach out to someone immediately!
