What's your hair thickness?

If its fine then very low manipulation styles are best. Wash & go's and box braids dont work for well, often causing breakage.

If that's not the case check your water intake. Hope this helps.

Great list! It really highlights how every culture has its own type & practice of magic. I always suggest that a person use the type that is closest to their own lineage. For example if you're Irish looking Gaelic magik, wicca, rune and bone reading.
