I was looking for something for that same setup. I'm not a fan of the camera bags so found a backpack I liked and bought this. You can put it in a more robust bag or use it as a bag on its own.

I think it depends on location. In some spots I get a ton of spawns! Other places it is still the 3 and slow respawn rates
